Phoenix Social Enterprise's multi-purpose office suites, meeting rooms and conference facilities are available for hire by voluntary, community, public and private sectors. Situated in Redfield, Bristol, directly opposite Bristol City Academy School, the building was constructed in the 1970s and completely refurbished in late the 1980s. Strategically located just off the main road, 2 miles from the city centre, it is a detached building with two large gardens located at the rear and front of the property. The gardens are well kept and large enough to hold sizeable outdoors events. At the side of the property there are car parking spaces for 18 cars.
The building has full disabled access with a combination of rentable office space, conference facilities and meeting rooms situated on three floors. There are 2 large (approximately 10 desk spaces) and two medium size (5 desk spaces) open plan offices and 3 small offices available for rent to community groups, companies or individuals. There is also a conference room which seats 90 people and a seminar room which seats 10 people. The building is gas central heated with kitchens and toilets on both floors.

The large area opens out onto our well-kept garden and you will also have full access to our kitchenette. Perfect for a range of events, from birthday parties, to christenings, to charity events and balls.
The space can also be hired as a professional and bespoke conference room service. From local partnership meetings to talks from politicians, the space is ideal for large meetings and other events and can be customised to suit your needs. The facilities can host up to 90 delegates on a dedicated conference floor. We also provide lunches and beverages at reasonable rates on request.
