TIP (Transforming Innovative Practices) is a strategic partnership project with five European countries - UK, Portugal, Bulgaria, Hungary and Italy. This partnership share experience and knowledge, exploring the potential of non-formal approaches in education, particularly addressing young ELET (Early Leavers from Education and Training) and NEET (Not in Employment, Education and Training) but also connecting different target groups such as disadvantaged low qualified young people and young graduates prepared to integrate into social and educational work places. Both groups being mutually beneficial, both struggling for their first experiences of social and professional integration.
