The aim of this report is to gather information on:

• The type of activities and the level of protection of people in situation of social exclusion and /or disability in childhood, adolescence, youth and adulthood;

• Look into the types of institutional support available to them, as well as the services provided by/or for them, in social and labour market integration;

• Investigate the roles and functions of the entities that work in this area; and,

• Obtain a list of projects and programs involved in such inclusion.

 

 The objectives are to:

• Develop and disseminate the support and needs of people in situation of social exclusion and /or with disabilities.

• Encourage international communication through the exchange of experiences and information for a competent development of services.

• Unify the projection of the Present and Future reality of the entities that work for people with people in situation of social exclusion and /or disabilities.

• Improve the social and professional inclusion of people with people in situation of social exclusion and /or disability.

 

This project is funded by the European Commission Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnership Programme which arises from the need to increase learning, expand knowledge and view point of EU countries on exclusion and/or disability. Five countries are involved in the project - United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain.
